Position Summary:
Country Intelligence Group is seeking a motivated and highly skilled Certified Records Manager (CRM) to join our team supporting the Department of Defense. The CRM will support a high priority program for the DoD Financial Management workforce. The CRM will provide support to ensure proper records and information management for the program. The CRM will provide expertise for both physical and electronic records management and integrate with other program support areas for the advancement of the organizational mission.
The CRM will support the management of the Resource and Information Management (RIM) program from creation to disposal of temporary content and archiving of permanent content. The CRM will develop strategies and identify tools to support the RIM program and improvement opportunities with a focus on electronic records ingestion. The CRM will support the reduction of records holdings through the identification of records that have met disposition date and facilitate the disposition process.
The CRM will also prepare and deliver briefings and training to users, managers, action officers, and senior leaders. The CRM will organize meetings, provide reports, track actions, and provide program assessments as required by the government.

Position Summary:
Country Intelligence Group is seeking a skilled Consultant to join our team.
The Consultant directly supports workforce and personnel initiatives in the Department of Defense (DoD) and is responsible for helping to ensure the successful implementation of and compliance with workforce management and professional development initiatives across the DoD.
The Consultant is responsible for providing day-to-day support and compliance management services to the DoD. The tasks focus on data collection, database management, troubleshooting and resolving errors, and assisting Senior team members with complex research and analysis tasks. This includes topics related to personnel management, workforce development, human capital, training, and identifying potential anomalies and gaps in data that may arise. The Consultant will ensure timely updates to records in databases, provide input for recommendations on how to ensure program compliance is promulgated in new policies, generate business intelligence reports, assist in the preparation of briefings used for informational meetings, presentations, and to support senior leadership decisions. Other primary support duties include data collection support, providing input to the definition of supporting system requirements, assisting with tasks related to data automation, and drafting memorandum of understanding (MOUs). The consultant will also provide support with communication and distribution of program information.
